Job Introduction
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide vital care and support to a young gentleman with Spastic Quadriplegia, Epilepsy and Cerebral Palsy. The client is also PEG dependent.
Pay rate £13ph week days, £14ph weekends + 12.07% Holiday pay.
NL Group pay weekly.
Care Package:
Monday- Friday 7:45am-10am
Monday 14:00 – 17:00
Tuesday- 14:00- 17:00
Wednesday 18:30 – 07:45am
Thursday- 17:30- 07.45am
Saturday 10:00- 14:00
A valid UK manual driving license and access to a vehicle is essential. Age 25+ for insurance purposes
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person 's care plan.
- Supporting Peg usage and providing full personal and daily care.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.
About You:
- Previous experience with supporting those moving and handling and medications is essential
- PEG Care Experience
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or Mental Health (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
