Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker

Location: Cottingham

Work Pattern: 

Part Time Days - 24 hours and Full Time Nights - 42 hours.

You will work 12 hour shifts 9am to 9pm or 9pm to 9am. Applicants MUST have experience with Mental Health and associated health conditions.

Employment Type: Part time and full time available.

About this role:

Contract for Services. We are not currently accepting applications from individuals looking for sponsorship.

Salary £13ph weekdays, £14ph weekends plus 12.07% holiday pay. We pay our team weekly!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person 's care plan.
  • Supporting complex health conditions
  • Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
  • Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
  • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.

About You:

  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
  • Previous experience with supporting those tracheostomy and ventilator dependent is beneficial
  • Medications Management
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
