Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker

Location: Hull

Work Pattern: 

4:3 on a 2 week roster, every other weekend off

2 week roster for full time. Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Sat and Sun. Week 2 - Wed, Thurs and Fri.

Employment Type: Part time and full time available.

About this role: As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes or supported living environments. You will support clients with a range of complex conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Autism, PEG, Colostomy care. promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.

Contract for Services. We are not currently accepting applications from individuals looking for sponsorship.

Salary £13ph weekdays, £14ph weekends plus 12.07% holiday pay. We pay our team weekly!

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person 's care plan.
• Provide support with PEG feeding and ensure feeds are administered safely
• Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
• Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.

About You:

• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
• Previous experience with supporting complex needs is beneficial
• PEG Care Experience
• Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
