Salary: Starting from £12.57 per hour + Holiday Pay

As a Complex Care Support Worker you will provide vital care and support to a young female with Complex Needs including Epilepsy, ADHD, Autism and Behaviours of Concern. You will need to have experience with De-escalation, managing challenging behaviour, as well as MAR Charts. It is imperative you can commit to extensive training. You will support the service user at home 3 nights a week on a Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals with Complex Disabilities and Needs
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
  • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.

About You:

  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
  • Previous experience in a Complex Care role for at least 6 months is essential and must be in the UK
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or Mental Health (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
