Complex Care Support Worker - 2:1

Job Introduction


As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide vital care and support to individuals with Complex Medical Needs.

We are looking for a caring, passionate and reliable Complex Support Worker in Doncaster to make a real difference in the life of a young gentleman who has complex needs including Lennox Gaustat and is Peg dependent. 

Pay rate £13ph week days, £14ph weekends + 12.07% Holiday pay.

NL Group pay weekly.

Part time/ full time 10 hour days 9am to 7pm or 9pm to 7am.

2 week roster for full time. Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Sat and Sun. Week 2 - Wed, Thurs and Fri.

A valid UK manual driving license and access to a vehicle is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the individual's care plan.
  • Supporting Peg usage and providing full personal and daily care. 
  • Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
  • Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
  • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.

About You:

  • Previous experience with supporting those tracheostomy and ventilator dependent is advantageous.
  • PEG Care Experience
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or Mental Health (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
