Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Doncaster
Work Pattern: Shifts can start from 06:30am, until 9pm on an evening.
Employment Type: Part time and full time available.
About this role: NL Group are recruiting experienced Support Workers to support children with Learning Disabilities before and after school, as well as, during school hours. We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers in Doncaster to make a real difference in the life of an individual with physical disabilities and learning disabilities.
Contract for Services. We are not currently accepting applications from individuals looking for sponsorship.
Salary £13ph weekdays, £14ph weekends plus 12.07% holiday pay. We pay our team weekly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the person 's care plan.
- Supporting Learning Disabilities and associated behaviours.
- Supporting tracheostomy and ventilator management with full training provided
- Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.
About You:
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
- Previous experience supporting those with Autism, ADHD, SEMH is beneficial
- PEG Care experience is beneficial
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
