Job Introduction
We are recruiting reliable and empathetic Learning Disabilities Support Workers to create a pool of prestige care workers for the Derbyshire area. With NL Group expanding, we are looking to have a base of support ready to go!!
This role offers a stable and long term placement, regular shifts and weekly pay. It is an excellent opportunity for those seeking consistency alongside rewarding, one to one care.
This is varied hours, part time, full time, days and nights.
Rates of pay are £13.00 per hour week days and £14.00 per hour weekend shifts + 12.07% Holiday Pay.
NL Group pay weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the individual's care plan.
- Supporting feeding and medication, suctioning if needed with full supporting training provided.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.
About You:
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential,
- Previous experience with LD Care is advantageous.
- Personal Care Experience
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or Mental Health (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
