Complex Care Support Worker

Job Introduction

No two days are the same - rewarding work as a Complex Care Support Worker awaits.

We are looking for 2 caring, passionate and reliable Complex Care Support Workers. 

You will support an individual with Motor Neurone Disease in Doncaster.

Shift Pattern:

Monday - Friday 09:30am to 17:00pm 

4 x 1 hour shifts on a Saturday and a Sunday

£12.57ph weekday hours, £13.93ph weekend hours + holiday pay 12.07% - weekly pay

This is a 2:1 role 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering safe, high quality personal and clinical care in line with the individual's care plan.
  • Supporting Peg feeding and medication, suctioning and ventilator management with full supporting training provided.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
  • Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
  • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.


About You:

  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential,
  • Previous experience with Complex Care is advantageous.
  • PEG Care Experience
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or Mental Health (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
