About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, caring and motivated people to join our team as Complex Care Support Workers, providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
You do not need previous experience in complex care to apply. If you have a genuine passion for supporting others, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we will provide you with the training and support you need to develop the specialist skills required for the role.
You may be supporting individuals with a range of complex care needs and diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, PEG feeding and tracheostomy care. Our comprehensive training programme, including a full-day introductory onsite complex care training session as part of your induction, will help you build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to provide safe and effective care.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference to people's lives while developing their career within health and social care.
What You'll Do
- Provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
- Support individuals with their personal care, daily routines and complex care needs.
- Build trusting and respectful relationships with the people you support.
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and quality of life.
- Support individuals to live as independently as possible within their own homes.
- Work alongside families, healthcare professionals and other members of the care team.
- Monitor and document care and report any concerns appropriately.
- Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive environment.
- Follow training, care plans and clinical guidance to ensure the highest standards of care.
About You
You don't need to have previous complex care experience.
We are looking for people who are:
- Caring, compassionate and respectful.

- Willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge.
- Confident communicating with individuals, families and healthcare professionals.
- Able to follow care plans and guidance.
- A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Previous experience in health and social care, medication administration or supporting individuals with complex needs is beneficial but not essential.
Experience with PEG feeding, tracheostomy care or the specific conditions we support is also desirable, but not required, as full training will be provided.
A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is an advantage.
Essential Requirement
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.

Our comprehensive training programme will give you the opportunity to develop specialist complex care skills and gain confidence in supporting individuals with a range of care needs.
As part of your induction, you will receive a full day of onsite introductory complex care training, alongside ongoing training and development throughout your employment.
