Location: Hull
Salary: £13ph week days £14ph weekends +12.07% Holiday Pot.
Part time hours throughout the day, 10am to 4pm 3 days per week.

Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Worker to join a core team of Support Workers. Providing care and support to boy with Learning Disabilities, ADHD and Anxiety and Complex Care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 personalised care and support
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and Peg.
- Build trusting relationships with clients, offering emotional support and encouragement.
- Support mobility and physical needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Monitor and document client progress, reporting any concerns to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all clients.
About You:
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
- Previous experience working with Complex Care for at least 6 months.
- Previous experience with supporting learning disabilities also preferred
- Any restraint training/violence prevention training qualifications are desirable but not required.
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or Mental Health (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are an advantage.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a strong commitment to supporting individuals with their needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with sensitivity.
- A proactive and positive approach to supporting service users.
